Bengaluru, 17 October 2026: Change Institutes International successfully concluded a three-day Capacity Building Programme on Business and Marketing Skills for Middle Management Officers of the Department of Posts, India, conducted in collaboration with the Office of the Postmaster General, Bengaluru HQ Region, Bengaluru.
Held from 15 to 17 October 2026, the programme was designed for officers belonging to PS Group B, Assistant Superintendents of Posts (ASPs) and Inspectors of Posts (IPs).
Three days of learning and professional development
The programme focused on strengthening managerial effectiveness and the practical capabilities required to respond to evolving organisational and service-delivery expectations.
Through discussions, case-based learning, reflective exercises and application-oriented activities, participants explored leadership beyond supervision, adaptability and change management, business and marketing skills, performance management, and data-led decision-making.
The emphasis was on connecting individual responsibilities with organisational priorities and translating learning into practical workplace action.
A meaningful closing ceremony
The closing ceremony on 17 October marked the successful conclusion of the three-day engagement.
Ms. Roshni Javiad, Founder & CEO of Change Institutes International, addressed the participating officers, reflecting the organisation’s commitment to practical learning and professional capability development.
The Director, Postal Services, Bengaluru HQ Region, also addressed the gathering, adding significance to the occasion.
The ceremony concluded with the formal distribution of certificates recognising the participating officers’ successful completion of the programme.
