Change Institutes International has commenced a three-day capacity-building workshop on Management, Business & Marketing Skills for Divisional Heads and Assistant Superintendents of Posts (ASPs) with the Department of Posts, Government of India.
The programme was inaugurated by Ms. Tara, Director, alongside the programme leadership, marking the beginning of a focused initiative to strengthen managerial effectiveness, leadership capability, business orientation, and customer-centric performance among participating officers.
