We are pleased to share a significant new chapter in the journey of Change Institutes International (CII).
The Department of Posts, Bengaluru HQ Region has proposed a three-day capacity-building programme on Management, Business & Marketing Skills for its field-level supervisory and managerial officers, including Divisional Heads and Assistant Superintendents of Posts (ASPs).
The programme will be conducted at a Departmental venue in Bengaluru, with the Department providing the venue and basic classroom infrastructure.
For CII, this engagement represents an important opportunity to take our experience in management, business, marketing, communication and leadership capability-building into the public-sector environment.
What makes it particularly meaningful is the nature of the audience and the responsibility that comes with designing and delivering learning that is relevant, practical and applicable to the realities of their roles.
The CII team will be contributing across the programme, with Roshni Javiad, Founder & CEO, CII, also addressing the Leadership segment.
For us, this is not about moving from one sector to another.
It is about taking what we have learned across corporate, consulting, coaching and capability-building engagements and adapting that experience to a new institutional context.
