Some weekends teach lessons that were never part of the curriculum.
This weekend, due to unforeseen infrastructure constraints, continuous rains, weather-related challenges, etc , we made the decision to move our scheduled session online.
Naturally, there were concerns.
Would everyone be able to join?
Would the energy remain the same?
Would the learning experience be impacted?
What followed reminded us why we do what we do.
Every participant showed up.
Every learner adapted.
Every commitment was honoured.
Despite the change in format, the enthusiasm remained unchanged.
The discussions continued.
The learning continued.
The engagement continued.
And most importantly, the growth continued.
